Does these effects work in rpgmaker MV/MZ?
Formats included are: .PNG Spritesheets
MV/MZ supports spritesheet animations (and has done so since XP…).
So it is CC0?
You should add the license into metadata for the asset pack(s):
"Edit asset pack->Metadata->Release Info->License for assets" It will increase the size of audience that will be able to find your art

But description says that it is public domain (CC0). You added CC BY to metadata
